We LOVE yoga! It gets the blood flowing, the body moving and has so many benefits for the mind, body, and soul.
My personal favorite thing about practicing yoga regularly is the connectedness I feel within myself, and the peacefulness that it brings my mind, the flexibility is just a plus!
There are tons of different types of yoga out there to try so it can be a little intimidating, especially if you’re a beginner. Here’s a breakdown of our favorite yoga studios around here in buffalo!
#1. Heart Fire Yoga
Location: 442 Connecticut St. (City of Buffalo)
Heart Fire Yoga is a small community-focused yoga studio that also focuses on inclusivity- which is amazing! I love this studio because they give back to the community, some of the classes they offer are donation-based because they truly see the benefit of yoga and want it to be accessible to all which just warms my heart.

#2. Evolation Yoga
Location: 476 Rhode Island St. (City of Buffalo)
Evolation Yoga is where I started my yoga journey! They have rooms to store your belongings and showers accessible to all yogis! The walls are lined with mirrors which is a great way to keep focused and also to keep an eye on your poses.

#3. Buff and Flo

Buff and Flo has a great space with lots of room! All of the instructors are welcoming and pleasant. This Studio also offers other classes outside of yoga if you’re looking for more of a variety of classes this is your studio!

Love in Motion Yoga has one of the best spaces around with lots of natural lighting, who doesn’t love some sunshine while practicing! They offer classes geared towards runners, cyclists and expecting mothers!
